Please contact me to discuss the problem with the piece and returning options. I will then forward a signature-required track pack for you to use with the correct returning address.
For all other reasons for returning work please contact me and we can discuss options. Do not send the work back to my PO Box as the piece may get lost. I live ‘rural’ and a special delivery place needs to be arranged for parcels and any costs incurred would be covered by the buyer.
All jewellery refunds would be given after I receive the piece in its original sound state.
For International customers.
Returning jewellery is more complicated. Of course when the piece is faulty we need to discuss options so please contact me and we can then see how we can help.
For all other returns the customer needs to have good reasons to return because costs of Freight and Customs are involved and it can be complicated.
My advice is to please choose carefully and when you would like more photos or information about a piece please let me know. I am happy to go out of my way so that you can choose the right piece and will love wearing it.
